Single Origin Panela
The chocolate is a blend of the five origins we sue and the panela we use to sweeten our bars comes from the association of sugar cane producers from Risaralda, FairTrade and Organic certified.
Risalanda counts with a great extension of landscapes that transmit tranquility. The multiple greens of its mountains are combined with the tiles and green rivers and there are more than 600 species of birds registered in this place that only promises a delight of natural beauty.
Sugar cane represents one of the most important productive supplies of the department, denominated the sweet product that generates prosperity. We consider it is very important to maintain the chain of custody of these producers, as well as their traceability.
